Isaac Newton, 1643-1727, the English mathematician and physicist, is considered one of the greatest scientists in history. Manuscript notes on flyleaves by John Craig; textual corrections by Isaac Newton and Roger Cotes. Fisher Library Rare Books and Special Collections copy is one of only four known annotated copies out of the 189 surviving first edition copies in the world (the original print run is believed to have been between 250-400 copies).
