Notes from an address by John Anderson titled 'Intellectualism vs Bolshevism and Trotskyism', given in review of James Burnham and Max Schactman's 'Intellectuals in Retreat' to a Trotskyist group in Melbourne in May of 1939, and published in Heraclitus in February of 1996. This text was transcribed as part of the University of Sydney's Australian Digital Collections between 1997-2010, and format shifted to PDF in 2021-22.
