Artist’s statement: "This collage was created using postage stamps from Australia, Hong Kong, Great Britain, and New Zealand. The stamps were collected by my grandfather in the 1970s and 1980s. I am particularly intrigued by the stamps that commemorate historical events, including one that illustrates the conversion from imperial to metric units in Australia. These stamps were sitting neglected in a box until I decided to create this bright and colourful artwork for others to enjoy."
