Date1948DescriptionA photograph of library staff in 1948, taken outside the entrance to the original Fisher Library (Now McLaurin Hall) in the University Quadrangle, and including Edward Victor Steel (standing middle row, left), who was Librarian from 1946-1958. Taken on Commemmoration Day, the 18th of May, 1948.
